Lisa Chapman Fairfield Financial SolutionsIntroducing Fairfield Financial Solutions Mortgage and Protection Advisor Lisa Chapman…

Having worked in the property and finance industry for 34 years, Lisa joined our team bringing with her a wealth of experience and expertise, as well as the perfect outlook on life to match our company ethos.

Based in Manningtree, Lisa’s love of property started at a young age when she became an estate agent and embarked on her first purchase aged just 19. “The interest rate was 14% and over half my wages paid the mortgage,” she recalls. “I had my Nanna’s old cooker and fridge, and a grey carpet with red stripes and a burnt iron mark on it I’d inherited.”

As an estate agent Lisa understood the legal process of the purchase, but knowing the financial commitment she was embarking still proved scary.

Fast forward to joining our team in 2019, Lisa names the work ethic of Fairfield Financial Solutions and the care for our customers as key reasons she wanted to work here. Seeing that the same attributes were shared by all members of the team she was excited to become a part of a company that received so many recommendations from clients due to the good work.

Providing expertise in all types of mortgages, Lisa has a particular strength in the new build market having worked in it for a number of years and understanding schemes, such as the Help to Buy and shared ownership options.

Moving into the protection market, Lisa is now able to offer assistance with cover to protect any mortgages and loans, such as life insurance, income protection, critical illness and business protection.

Explaining why she thinks these products are important, Lisa said: “It’s essential for peace of mind for yourself and loved ones. It can be to keep hold of your home if you or a partner die, or become seriously ill, pay the mortgage and bills if you are unable to work due to accident or sickness, or protect your business even. Any of these things are life changing if not protected and something happens without back up. It’s important to know that anything you borrow can still be repaid if you are unable to work, or that family members are not left with financial stress if you are not there.”

Praised for her patience and listening skills by many clients, as well as her ‘out of the box’ thinking to help people achieve what they need in the most affordable way, Lisa is ready to offer impartial advice to you and your family.

Outside of the office you’ll find her walking her family dog, Percy the dachshund, enjoying time with her partner and three children, cooking, traveling or playing the piano.

A mortgage is a loan secured against your home. Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage or any other debt secured on it.
